  • We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens.

After you order, we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund you in full. We will never send a different product than the one you ordered without your permission.

Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by our payment providers. You confirm you are allowed to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy are part of these Terms.

7. Warranty
If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from its description, we will replace or refund it as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Beyond that, and to the extent allowed by law, products are provided "as is", and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states don't allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

8. Using our products safely
