1. How to return an item

  1. Email HeijdenDigital@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because returns do not go to the address on the package.
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging, unused, with all parts included. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

2. Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind: you pay the return shipping cost. [Our return address is in China, so return shipping can cost more than a domestic return.] Original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item: we pay. In most cases you won't need to send the item back; we'll ask for photos instead.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

If the item comes back used, damaged by you, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return, and we will tell you why.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, whichever you prefer.

5. Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing HeijdenDigital@gmail.com. After it ships, please follow the return process above.

6. Late orders
If your order doesn't ship within the time stated in our Shipping Policy, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund, as described in that policy.

7. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Items that can't be returned
Gift cards, and any items marked "final sale" on the product page before purchase.
